Aerie: $1,250.00/week for up to 6 guests Lakeside: $1,150.00/week for up to 4 guests

One additional guest in either cottage is $50.00/week. Nightly rate is $25.00/night.
Children aged 2 years and above are counted in the guest total.
All charges are subject to 5.5% WI sales tax and 4.5% Three Lakes room tax.

Reservations Policy
Our reservations policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our business. Once a unit is reserved, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for it.
Deposits & Payments
We require a $300.00 deposit for weekly rental or one night’s rate for a shorter stay.
The reservation deposit applies to the total rental. To hold your reservation, the deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. You can send a check or make a payment via PayPal (3% convenience fee). Final payment is due seven (7) days prior to your stay either by check or through PayPal (3% convenience fee). Please contact us to make other payment arrangements.
Security Deposit
A $150.00 security/damage deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of departure only if the cottage is left clean (no dirty dishes, stained carpeting, dirty walls, undue litter & other abnormal housekeeping), furniture is in original location and no damage occurs (bedding, furniture, walls flooring or other unit items). Any fees will be based on hourly cleaning rate, replacement cost or repair bill.
Cancellations
Deposits will be refunded, less a $25.00 service fee, only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy. There are no refunds for early departures.
Check In & Check Out Times
Summer Season: Check in Saturday at 3:00 PM. Check out is Saturday by 9:00 AM
Fall, Winter & Spring: We are flexible to arrival and departure days & times. This is subject to availability with advance approval.
Sorry, for reasons of health and safety, we do not allow pets.
